A Shower Meditation To Ease Stress & Anxiety

Meditation can look so different for everyone - it’s not just about sitting still.

For me, I find a great place for meditating is in the shower. Water is one of the most powerful and cleansing elements. At the beginning of every day, I take a moment to close my eyes, tune in and allow the water to cover me in divine protection, while also welcoming inner peace and calmness.

Try this the next time you’re in the shower and watch the miracles and abundance aplenty during the day ahead.


Close your eyes and visualise the water washing away your stress and anxiety.

Concentrate on the temperature of the water upon your skin.

Envision the water cleansing away your negative thoughts and see them swirl away down the drain.

Feel the sadness, regret, anger, anxiety, wash right away from you.

Let it all go.

Once you feel lighter and clearer, envision the water as clear, glittery sparkles, washing over you, creating a protection prism around your body.

This prism will guide you and protect you from any negativity before the day ahead.
